Deck yourself out

Forget designer bags! The hottest fashion accessory this Summer is a skateboard. High end brand Celine released their own custom deck, Lady Ga Ga was Supreme's poster girl wearing nothing but her famous wedge shoes and carrying one of their decks and skateboards have been featuring in glossy fashion magazine editorials. I am noticing a lot of  young female skaters around town and it's nice to see the ladies moving in on a sport that has been predominately male dominated...go girls!

Happy Dayz! A few sweet lil pics from Meadham Kirchhoff's spring/summer 2012 collection, the story encapsulating anti-beauty contests and anti-popularity contests.  The collection was  inspired by religious icons, pageant winners, showgirls and the designers, Ed Meadham and Ben Kirchhoff collection of Mother's Day and Valentine's cards from the '30s, '40s and '50s.
